Thanks for your interest in attending the Navy Opportunity Forum®. Please note that the invitation to attend the Forum is extended ONLY to those who utilize new technology in fulfilling Defense requirements and/or who are looking to invest in new technologies. There is no fee to attend the Forum, each registration request is reviewed to determine if the registrant can potentially advance the transition of the technology.

Invited attendees include: Large defense contractors, acquisition sponsors, first and second tier suppliers, Navy, DoD, and other federal employees, equity investors, Fortune 500 companies, Congressional Staff and Defense support contractors. As we often receive inquiries from both small businesses and service providers to attend or present at the Forum, please note that this invitation is limited ONLY to the groups identified above and does not extend to small businesses or service providers.

By completing the registration form, you are making an official request to attend the Forum. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your request. Shortly afterward, you will receive another email indicating if your registration request has been accepted. A week later, by regular mail, you will receive a ticket to attend the Forum. Please note that you are not officially registered until you receive the second email message. Meals at the Forum

To be an even better steward of the taxpayer's money, some changes will be made to the food options at the 2012 Navy Opportunity Forum. A light buffet lunch will be available on both Monday, June 4th and Tuesday, June 5th at the price of $18.75 per day for those who have ordered lunch in advance. Keynote speakers will present in the ballroom, just as in years past. In order to participate in the buffet lunch, meals must be pre-ordered by Tuesday, May 29th from a site designed to facilitate advance purchase. Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail directly from Dawnbreaker containing the URL where advance payment can be made. Once ordered, you will receive confirmation of payment. Lunch tickets will then be included in the registration materials that you secure upon your arrival at the Forum.

In planning your trip, please plan on having breakfast before arriving at the Forum and then enjoy the complementary coffee available on the lobby level of the hotel. These changes help the Navy maintain the highest standards in fiscal responsibility and reflect a willingness to keep pace with the times and ensure that taxpayer dollars are funding the most important aspects of this program – technology transition and small business.
