The 2013 Navy Opportunity Forum® provides a preview of over 200 technologies funded by the (1) Navy's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs; and (2) the Navy's Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTAs). The combined portfolio represents an investment of over $200 million annually. The largest event of its kind - the Forum provides a unique opportunity to examine technologies and initiate relationships with small advanced technology firms.
