Image

Syscom: NAVAIR
Topic: N05-106
TRL: 3
This 51-year-old ISO certified manufacturer is a leader in microwave rotary joints for defense customers. Roll-RingsŪ are next-generation slip rings for power transfer across rotating interfaces. Building on the Roll-RingŪ advantage of rolling, instead of sliding contact, V-22 Roll-Rings replace slip rings and avoid generation of wear debris, which has degraded mission readiness and increased maintenance costs.
